Since January 2021, ECU has partnered with BetterYou to give students access to a digital coaching app. BetterYou is an AI-based digital health coach that maps how users spend their time and links it back to their health and well-being goals. You will set specific goals in four areas of health: physical, social, education and mindfulness. Then, BetterYou logs progress in the background so you can put time toward what matters most to you. And when you end up off track, idling on an app that’s pushing you further from your goals, BetterYou will send a friendly nudge to remind you of what you said was important.
